I’ve been going to Antelope Mall Vision Center for years and the service is always excellent. The staff is always friendly when greeting you in person as well as over the phone. They are always professional and provide the best customer service experience.

Patient, helpful without pestering, smiles, and good humor... All questions were answered, every single employee was smiling. I didn't once feel like I was being rushed, even though I was the last customer out the door.

Really enjoyed our visit here! Quick, friendly, and easy to schedule! Picking out glasses was also a great experience. Highly recommend.

I'm was satisfied with my visit with Dr Hsieh 3yrs ago & more than satisfied with my most recent visit. The doctor is kind, funny & informative regarding my vision & I would highly recommend him. I've seen many optometrists & have never been more comfortable. The receptionists are also kind & knowledgeable in helping customers.

Our visit was absolutely amazing! Friendly staff and doctor. Honest and straightforward pricing, and great selection of frames. Doctor was great with my kids. Very down to earth with total transparency on his assessment. This will definitely be our go-to for all our eye care.

Doctor Michael H is always friendly and kind, I’m really happy with his advice on how to take care of my vision. The ladies on the front desk are nice and friendly too!.

One of the Best Doctors I have ever dealt with. Dr Helms is a Wonderful Person...My mother Margaret had to go to his main office in Valencia (very Nice Building, Great Staff) for surgery, and would see him on Thursdays in Palmdale. I have a feeling Dr. Helms does not come to A.V. for the money...he does it because he is compassionate and realizes A.V. needs someone of his caliber, and most cannot afford to go to his Valencia office. Dr. Helms is a Gift (angel) and I hope he lives "Forever".

The office was very presentable very clean no funky smells staffs are very professional and amazing. Very helpful. Doctor was amazing gentle hands took care of me very well. Services are quick. Definitely the only eye care place to be. The Hank You Ladies for all your help!.

I was seen quickly. The staff was very friendly and the doctor and nurse were too. A great experience and I highly recommend.
