I felt comfortable at check in, I was happy the front desk explained the policies of each document i signed, they were friendly and answered my questions. I felt confident in leaving my puppy for his procedure. When picking up they explained aftercare in detail and was able to answer questions. I was very surprised to get a call asking how my puppy was doing and if I had any problems or questions. I would definitely go back but Iam wondering for check ups can the parents go back with their puppies or do I have to stay in the waiting room. My experience was great.

Dr. David and his entire staff are AWEsome. They've saved the lives of our 2 cocker spaniels, and their pricing is great. The care they give to our pets and my family is so comforting and reassuring. You won't find a better veterinarian office than this one. We just took our almost 20-year-old Cocker Spaniel in last night, and the care was phenomenal. Other vets would have said to euthanize her due to her age, but Dr. David gave us options to keep her comfortable and alive for many more months or years. I highly recommend them.

I took my dog Lamborghini to get his teeth cleaned and extracted, and the staff were very compassionate towards me since it was my first time taking my animal to get anything medical done. Doctor David was understanding and explained the process of the procedure and after care clearly. I felt comfortable to leave my pet in their care. Palmdale pet Plaza is the highest quality care and affordable vet i found in av so far is love Dr stone and her nuses they are so loving to my cat and dogs my pets aren't even afraid to go to the vet anymore my cat is almost 16 years old and. Dr stone just diagnosed my cat with chronic kidney disease but Dr has taken the time and proper treatment option for my cat and now my cat is really well a big thank you to dr stone love cookie lady and star.
