I went to Trend Eye Care to have my prescription lenses put into my glasses and had an amazing time with Dominique. Not only was she personable, but she totally got my sense of humor—and added to it! We had a great back-and-forth, especially when she handed me a form that basically said they weren’t responsible for my $685 frames. I appreciated the transparency—it was clear, honest, and helped me make the best decision. So I chose to take those particular glasses back to the original place I bought them from, but I did purchase a new pair from Trend Eye Care and allowed them to do the lenses in those—something a little less sensitive. Dominique made that whole process smooth and stress-free. All in all, my experience with Dominique was super enjoyable. If you go to Trend Eye Care and she’s working that day, you’re definitely in for a good time and top-tier service.

I've had a couple of visits to Trend Eye Care in NoLibs and I am always met with great customer service. The reception staff are very friendly and I never have any issue. I was under Dr. Chuong's care and she is so kind and thoughtful. Speaking with the optometrist was relaxed and comfortable. I am very impressed with her range of knowledge spanning not only ocular diseases and conversing with her was a lot of fun. I recommend this location if you ever need a check-up!.

I’ve been to several doctors trying to get to the bottom of my dry eye issue, but this was the first time I felt truly heard and understood. Tia, the amazing professional who assisted me, took the time to thoroughly test and explain the root cause of my dry eyes. I now have a clear understanding of what’s been going on and a tailored regimen to follow. I’m excited to start the treatment plan and am confident that with her guidance, my symptoms will finally be relieved. Highly recommend this practice for anyone dealing with dry eye – they really know their stuff!.

It was my first prescription glasses and it took 4 or 5 adjustments to get it right due to distortion I was seeing. Yolanda was exceptional each time I had to come back. She listened to my concerns, discussed them with the doctor, showed immense amount of patience and courtesy and we were finally able to get it all right. The client side of the practice is outstanding. Thank you!.

My experience as a new patient was seamless and thorough. The exam was great and my new glasses were ready to be picked up within a few days. Absolutely recommend Nostalgic Eye Care.

This is my very first time coming to this eye care center. First I would give this place a 20 star rating. They are very professional and nice. They made me feel at home. Answered all my concerns. The staff are awesome!!!!!! The doctor very nice and polite, made me feel very comfortable when examining my eyes. And last and surly not least are the employees Ari and TJ are just Fabulous people, Very nice , professional and made me feel very welcomed. Just love this place. My new eye doctor. Totally Recommend. Great selection on eye wear. very organized and clean. great vibes all around and great staff.

Fenomenal place. My eye doctor was very patient, super nice, understanding and best of all, she took the time to do a great eye exam. The best I ever had. The staff there are amazingly friendly. They really understand the idea that nice and friendly service goes a long way.

Amazing service , everyone is so helpful and I was not there long my appointment went fast, can’t wait to receive my new glasses .
