3 Best Acupuncture in Philadelphia, PA

This was the first time I had acupuncture and it was amazing. Brittany talked to me about why I was there and really listened to me. She was compassionate and explained everything she was going to do and described how it might feel. She checked in on me all through out the process to make sure I was doing alright. It was a great experience and I highly recommend going there. Very relaxing atmosphere and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

I went in yesterday feeling bloated.I met with Eric The herbalist and Acupunciurist and this morning the bloating is gone and,I feel so light. I'm excited to start my herb regime. Everyone explains everything and are so welcoming.

I wanted to add my review of Six Fishes before we enter the New Year. First of all I would like to sincerely thank Melody for her kindness and expertise. I started going to Six Fishes when I was around 35 weeks pregnant with the hopes of achieving a VBAC (vaginal birth after caesarean). A lot of VBAC support groups recommended acupuncture to avoid being induced, so I figured let’s give it a try. I seen Melody each visit, which always started promptly. My last visit was 10/24/24, just 6 days shy of my due date. Melody told me if I don’t have the baby after this visit to come back one more time. I started getting contractions soon after my visit. Which was exciting because I never experienced contractions with my first child. They eventually got more consistent into the early next morning. On 10/25/24 @ 6 AM my water broke on its own, and at 8:05 PM I delivered a healthy 9 lb baby boy. My body went into labor own its own and I had achieved my VBAC! This means the world to me. I want to thank Melody with all my heart. I will be back soon.

Melody is such a gift to this world. She is full of endless knowledge, she listens to your feedback and is quick to adjust her technique for your comfort, and she is unbelievably kind. I've been seeing her for about two months and I have noticed drastic improvements in my body, even a decade old knee injury that I was told was permanent and untreatable has stopped retaining fluid and stopped hurting. My acupuncture sessions have had an impact on my mental health as well, making certain issues easier to access during psychotherapy. Amanda at the front desk is warm and welcoming, and I always enjoy getting to see her. The atmosphere at this location is relaxed and calming, I feel very well taken care of. I did a lot of research into where I should go for treatment in Philadelphia, and I clearly picked the right place.

I have long been a fan of acupuncture and Eastern medicine, and I am happy to have found Six Fishes here in Philadelphia after moving from NY a few months ago. In just two visits to Six Fishes, I can already see that the folks there are attentive and caring to my needs and are genuine in their desire to help their clients with whatever ails them.
