I was referred to Dr Koletar by a mommy friend.. I was not happy with my sons pediatrician in Silverton. Was hoping to find someone in Silverton, but so happy we went with Salem Pediatric Clinic, mostly Dr Koletar... Amazing pediatric Dr!! I have a son with a Nero muscular disease, also special needs.. Dr Koletar has been amazing through our journey. I feel he takes his time, listens, and has been great with all my sons referrals to specialists. I never feel rushed. I know my son is in the best care with our Dr.

My son was born with a very rare skin condition that took 12 doctors, 4 biopsies, and the heads of both the Neonatology and dermatology depts of OHSU to diagnose. Dr. Koletar is the only doctor in the salem area who had even heard of it before, because he did work in pediatrics all over the world and had actually seen it before. He's a damn good doctor and goes through a lot of trouble to learn as much as he can, and that's the kind of doctor I want my kids to see.

I've had three children grow up under Dr. Koletar's care. He is a good listener and always makes us feel comfortable and that no issue is too small. Others on his staff are great at helping when he is unavailable and we have an emergency need.

Dr Griffin was pediatrician when I was a child and I'm 34yrs old now. He is now my son's pediatrician and we couldn't be happier with him and the care he gives my son. He listens to me, he validates my concerns even if they seen silly. All around great Dr and I recommend him to anyone.

Very knowledgeable, good communicator, doesn’t waste people’s time. He was able to get my son’s reflux under control in a timely manner after we fired my son’s first pediatrician for gross incompetence. Dr. Griffin diagnosed the issue within 30 seconds after listening to sleep deprived parents describe symptoms. We are very happy with our choice of pediatrician! The office staff and appointment scheduling, that’s an interesting setup the clinic has.

Very thorough. Very good about answering questions and will speak with you personally on the phone if you have a question. Highly recommend.
