I was referred to Dr Skarada from a customer that comes into my job, and he didn't disappoint!! She said he was wonderful and he is!!!! He and his staff!! Every time I've ever contacted them , they were pleasant, nice,always willing to help make arrangements to play around with the schedule a little bit because I don't always have the same days off. When you come in to the office very pleasant always greet you, just all around a great place. Dr Skarada himself is actually very knowledgeable, explains things in detail understands where you're coming from, listens to what you have to say and explain things and gives you an opportunity to ask any questions. I had my procedure done in early April still have a little bit of swelling but I just had my post-op check up and everything looks good. Highly recommend them.

Fabulous, I never would have dreamed of breathing so well after my surgery so soon! Amazing staff they really care , Dr Skarada has formed a family like team of professionals that are always doing their best you! I’d love to especially thank Jenny for her warm, encouraging words and informative session. Looking forward to my next visit with Dr Skarada and team!.

I'm thrilled with the care I received with Dr. Donovan. I was able to schedule an appointment within a reasonable amount of time, he helped to diagnose my condition and gave me the options and risks to resolve it. And, then he did! I felt totally comfortable and in good hands. After it all, I feel better than ever! Thank you Dr. Donovan. You're the best!.

Every once in a while you run into a dr. That instills trust. Dr. Donovan did this for me. Great in the office but even better in surgery. I am very blessed to have him as my Dr. I would encourage anyone to go to Dr. Donovan.

Dr. Donovan gives incredible personal care and answers all questions to your concerns with a holistic but straightforward approach.I would highly recommend him.

The front desk people are kind and informative, Dr. Altonji is awesome, patient and answers any and all my questions which is a lot lol. He reassured me in the beginning when all this started when I thought I was just going crazy with symptoms.. Took care of my surgery(repaired a hole in my ear drum) without any complications, I think my hearing is coming back already! He made sure I got what I needed with medications or without since I’m against them so we found alternatives when necessary! Dr. Bonnie is awesome too, very kind and patient. The people that were with me after my surgery was sweet and didn’t try to rush me out and made sure I was good before leaving and with a full water bottle! The apple sauce was very good but probably because I didn’t eat all day The only downside I had was when I was putting in acid drops in my ear before surgery to kill the fungus it caused a really bad ear pain and normally I handle pain well but I called asking for help on what to do and to see if it was normal and asked for a call back and never got a call back. I called two days later and Dr. Altonji ordered a different drop for my ear. Highly recommend this place.

Very professional and makes you feel comfortable. I had to have wax removed from both ears since I could not hear very good. My doctor explained to me each step of the procedure as she went along and you can see what's going on over monitors mounted on each side of you! Quick and painless. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this clinic. My experience with every team member has been positive, from initial scheduling and new patient intake through surgery and post-op recovery. Great attention to detail, true concern for my symptoms, expert care and available resources when needed.
