Dr. Neaman and his staff (Jennifer is my favorite) are the best! I was pretty nervous about my surgery. However, I was confident I wanted the breast augmentation. They supported me every step of the way, and answered all my questions! I went to one of his seminars. (Highly suggest if you don't know anything about boob jobs.) His office is gorgeous, filled with gorgeous and professional ladies. I'm more than in love with my results! He delivered exactly what I wanted and I feel like a whole new woman! All I can say is how thankful I am for this office and all they do to make sure you are making the best decision for your situation.
Dr. Neaman is an extremely talented. Not only does he deal with plastic surgery but He's also an awesome hand surgeon as well. Dr. Leonard performed a bilateral breast reduction on me. I am so very pleased with the results! Before the surgery my breasts were disproportionately large for my body and were sagging causing shoulder and back pain. Now I am lighter and lifted. My back has been pain free for 7 months! Dr. Leonard is very positive and professional. He gave me detailed information before, during and after the procedure that helped me prepare and then heal very well. I am so glad I was able to have this surgery and that Dr. Leonard provided his service. He is the best!
Although it has been several years since I left the area, when I was in Salem, Dr. Leonard was the very best at taking care of this patients surgical needs. His compassion and caring matter as much as his considerable surgical skills. I can't recommend him highly enough. If I needed any of the services he provides, I would not hesitate to return to his clinic. In addition, he has an amazingly helpful staff. Whenever there is any issue whether it is with scheduling, billing or any ancillary service, they are always professional, compassionate and efficient in their work.
I highly recommend Dr. Leonard to anyone looking for a tummy tuck/muscle repair. I had severe back pain, due to my stomach muscles separating from 4 back to back pregnancies. I thought I would have been happy with just the muscle repair. I was wrong, the tummy tuck changed my life. I no longer look like I'm still pregnant, no more tucking my stomach in pants. It's been amazing and I feel wonderful. Dr. Leonard makes you feel very comfortable, doesn't RUSH you like other practices do, will explain everything so you can understand it thoroughly and his assistant Dawn is great, too! 10/10 stars. I had a rather lumpy bumpy mastectomy scar. Another surgeon told me it "didn't look that bad and that insurance wouldn't pay and that trying to fix it might not work." A couple of years later it was still bothering me so I got a referral to Dr. Austin. He said, "yes, I can fix that." His office got insurance approval within 24 hours and scheduled me for surgery. He was great to explain the procedure before and after. He did an really nice job and I am very happy with the outcome.
I recently had an appointment with Fallon Holloway, RN. Fallon nails the balance between professionalism and friendliness. With every interaction it was clear how much she values making her patients feel comfortable in her office and confident with their treatments choices, which she helps to individualize. Fallon was super knowledgeable when helping me to create a treatment plan that aligned with my goals. She demonstrated such a patient-centered approach rather than a "1 size fits all" attitude, which I really appreciated! Her passion for her work is evident. I was so impressed by her ability to thoroughly answer all my questions, even citing a few current research pieces on techniques, which shows me how much she values staying up to date on her skills and knowledge.
