Dr. Julie Douglass and the office staff are incredible! They are caring, patient and kind. I feel comfortable knowing that when my daughters are not feeling well or I have a concern, that they will make sure to take care of them and answer any questions I have. I love that they remember their patients names, it makes me feel like we matter and we are not just patients. Thank you Dr. Douglass and thank you wonderful office staff.

Wonderful staff and amazing doctor never waiver even in the face of our most recent times of uncertainty and diverse, dangerous conditions. Her and her office staff never stopped servicing this community to the fullest extent.

The doctor is nice, but the staff is not so efficient/friendly. I was calling to get an appointment where I mentioned what I am calling for and then put on hold for 10 mins only to return asking who I am and what I am calling for.

It’s so hard to find providers like Dr. Nguyen, and I’m beyond grateful to have found him and have my baby in his care. He truly takes the time to listen and communicate in a way you can understand, and puts you at ease. He respects your input and decisions as a parent as well, and goes above and beyond to make himself available to you when you need him. Doctors can sometimes be intimidating and demeaning, but as a first time mom, I feel comfortable and empowered to express my concerns, knowing I’ll be heard, and he will help me advocate for my baby as well. He is so friendly and personable and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Nguyen is the best! He puts the patients and parents at ease, takes his time, and really cares. He has a great, calming demeanor. There is no one like him, we are so lucky to have him as our pediatrician.

Love Dr Lauren! She has taken care of my three children since birth - she’s fun, knowledgeable and caring. Her office is accommodating and I was always able to get an appt quickly. They call back within a few hrs if I leave a vm and the weekend after hours team is fast. Can’t say enough good things - grateful to my obgyn for recommending her.

We adore Dr. Lauren!! She is so knowledgeable, and you can tell she is a passionate doctor who takes her job very seriously. My husband and I totally trust her and her staff is lovely! She even takes the time to make little bracelets for her patients. We feel lucky to have found her.

We have been seeing Dr. Lauren since 2014 and each of our kids see her! If it’s an emergency, she will make sure to see your kid. She ALWAYS gives great referrals when needed and genuinely cares about our kids. We are grateful to have her as our children’s pediatrician.
