Daniel and his team came out and did an inspection of the house which helped us negotiate with the sellers in escrow. Titan came out as soon as we closed to tent the house and make repairs. They removed all of the damaged wood, replaced the wood and painted the areas of the house to perfection. My father-in-law who was observing the job when my husband and I were moving called his team "artists". No more termites and the house looks so great. Thank you Titan! We are so thankful.
