3 Best Home Inspections in Glendale, CA

LaRocca Inspections came through for us again. Our last inspection from LaRocca was so thorough that we decided not to purchase the property. We used them again for a home we are currently in escrow on. The home is large and multilevel and we wanted to have a thorough inspection to check for deferred maintenance or problem areas. We asked for Steve Nichols again because his inspection on the other property we considered purchasing before was so comprehensive. He is a true professional. He had to reserve 2 time slots due to the size of the house and he covered everything completely. I followed him around to ask questions along the way. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and provided feedback and sat down after he completed his inspection with both myself and the sellers and gave us a summary of his findings. Within 48 hours he provided us with a detailed report with photos that was over 130 pages. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone considering the purchase of a new home.
