My Roto-Rooter technician Ignacio Zuniga was out today. He was great. He knew his trade and he was methodical in checking out all possible causes for my issue. Once he completed the work, everything was cleaned up and left as it was before his visit. He was very knowledgeable of his craft. He is my guy for all future visits!!! Thank you, Nacho.

Ignacio was timely, courteous, professional, and most importantly very knowledgeable. He did a great job on our emergency repair for a failing pipe, and he even got our water main valve unstuck when we thought it would need to be replaced! He also cleaned up the drywall mess from the leak as a courtesy which I didn’t expect. We didn’t have time to price shop, but I feel his work was definitely worth what we paid. They will be my first call for any future repairs.

Noah and Guillermo were simply amazing! They took a problem that was stressing us out so much and took care of it; working hard, and making sure we not only understood what they had to do but that we were happy. I HIGHLY recommend them.

GARY'S ROOTER AND HYDRO-JETTING SERVICE REVIEWS

Gary is still the best! He’s been our go to hydrojetter for years now and his professionalism and expertise has not diminished at all. He is still easy to communicate with, schedule with and pricing is extremely fair. I appreciate how patient he is with explaining what he sees. His recommendations for ongoing care and things to watch for that might indicate a bigger issue are also incredibly helpful. He is very organized and will send you a copy of the hydrojetting video once the job is done. I really don’t trust anyone but Gary to touch our sewer lines.

Huge thanks to Gary’s Roto-Rooter for coming out on Memorial Day weekend and taking care of our issue so quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got the camera inspection done right away so we could identify and fix the problem fast. Best of all, the pricing was fair and reasonable and no pressure tactics. Really appreciate the fast response and most importantly honest service. Highly recommend.

Gary is excellent and very professional. I had a sewer line backed up and he was there first thing in the morning and had it all jetted and fixed in an hour. Great price. Super knowledgable. Great guy! If you need jetting Gary is your man.
