When I called Kathy was very helpful and knowledgeable about my gnat problem. She told me to come in and get drain gel. Also, there was a sweet young girl, Erin that was very helpful with explaining how to use it when I came to pick it up. I highly recommend this family owned business, and will use them again if I need them.

Had carpenter ants. Service was done within two days. Thorough, professional and efficient. Very pleased with response and speed in dealing with the problem.

We have been using Maple Lane for over ten years. This is such a great company. Everyone involved is professional, friendly and helpful. I’m so pleased that the company recommended Spring and Fall sprays for ants because since we have been doing that…no ants! Ever! Plus being able to pre-pay saves some money. We are very happy with the service. Every person that has come out to spray is friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Today we had Scott and he was no exception. Just as nice and thorough and quick as the rest. We’d happily recommend Maple Lane to anyone. We’ve been so happy with their work.

Scott was very thorough and kind. He went above and beyond to explain what else I could do to reduce spiders in my home. My michigan basement has been a spider paradise, but with his advice and service I feel confident in stopping then. Will continue to use them yearly and as needed for my pest control needs! I have had a wasp and yellow jacket problem since moving into my house 23 years ago. I have tried numerous different exterminators over the years and had just about given up. I rarely went outside for long periods of time due to this. I called to advance and they came out at the end of summer last year. I noticed a big improvement and had them come out again this year. I don't know how they did it but I rarely even see one of these near my house! Thank you Advanced!
