Metro Detroit Tree & Firewood was an amazingly skillful and professional company. They provided me with a free and easy quote just a day or so after I contacted the company. The man who inspected the tree was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was even provided a copy of their insurance with the quote. It's the little touches like a copy of the insurance that helps consumers (at least me) feel at ease with a business. The removal of my decrepit and potentially dangerous Silver Maple was efficient and clean. They left no messes in my neighbors driveway which just highlights their respect and professionalism. OMG I'm so happy I called Branch Tree Service! Brad came out to survey the job the same day I called the office. It was a pretty big job taking down a large Bradford pear tree and pruning and shaping a huge maple tree and smaller crabapple. The quote was very reasonable. The crew arrived exactly as scheduled and started right away. I was blown away by their expertise and the extra care they took as they felled the tree. It was amazing to me to see one of the guys shimmying up and into my huge maple to prune out old wood just with a rope and harness. They cleaned up after themselves and I thanked them for a job well done. They were so polite, asking me every step of the way if I was satisfied with their work. I highly recommend these guys.

I have had my oak trees trimmed by Brad and his team for the last several years and they have done a great job. Last year, they trimmed one of my oaks while dormant, and in the spring there were a couple very noticeable large dead branches. I can't say if they missed them or they died after the trimming, but they came out this winter and took care of them for no extra charge. I appreciate the good work they do and also the advice they give.

Branch Tree service was contracted at a site I took over 4-years ago. Jeromy has been great, so much so that I have referred him to other sites. He visits the property, walks with myself and my board members to create a reasonable treatment plan to keep the trees healthy. Pricing is great too!
