Bob the Bug Man LLC

Full Disclosure: I never had them come out to the house. HOWEVER of the two bug related issues I had, they either explained that it was a non issue, or they took our concerns very sincerely and gave us an alternative solution. I appreciate not being run for my money by a company. Both times they were professional and timely.

We have a package with Bob, and have been calling for over a month. They have not responded, contacted us, nor even kept track of our home being on their list— despite being already paid for. Now our house if re-infested with bugs!!!!! I am extremely disappointed, and wildly irritated. I had recommended them before, but have contacted those and retracted such recommendation.

Hired to spray property for bugs and we love how we can go outside and not have any bugs or bees and especially mosquitoes!!!
