We hired Colonial Pest Control to exterminate fleas inside our house. We were very impressed withe the company and the service provided. From the start the company provided easy to follow instructions on how to prepare for their visit and followup after the extermination. It was easy to contact customer support and they were able to satisfactorily answer all our questions and concerns as they came up. Through customer support we were well prepared for the day of their visit. All went as planned. This is a top notch company that understands how to please their customers. We highly recommend them.

Technician was knowledgeable about construction, where to look and what questions to ask. It turns out that two recent remodeling projects, left some gaps that needed to be sealed. A lot of attention to the whole house and time was taken to do a thorough job. He was also respectful of my home, wore covers over shoes without being asked. He answered all of my questions about current mouse problem. Very professional service.

We have been using colonial Pest for a few year now. Ever since we discovered a giant hornets nest in between the wall of our basement and the siding! Since then we have the bi-annual plan and they come every spring/fall to spray for hornets/insects and check for mice and other rodents as well. One thing I like about their plan is that we can call them at any time to come and provide services other then the bi-annuals, at no extra charge, if needed. They are always on time, professional, and friendly.
