I had a great experience with Logan and his team, Burat and Mohammed (my apologies if I spelled either one wrong). They arrived early and were both professional and casual. The level of service they offered was exactly what I was looking for--an easy, painless experience. These guys earned my respect with their hustle and attention to detail. They asked lots of questions to make sure they did exactly what I wanted them to. They showed me all the existing damage on my furniture just to confirm nothing was damaged during transit. You get the impression they're very trustworthy and run a tight ship. They even went the extra mile by offering to get rid of a couch we didn't want. I highly recommend their services! It's not very often you find affordable service that's also so personal.

I don’t even know where to start with my praise for Logan and his crew. I sold my condo in Worcester and had to be out quickly. 23 years worth of belongings had to be dealt with. Logan and his guys came and filled two moving vans full of “stuff” that unfortunately I had to part with. They removed my “junk” and took it to the dump. Then they packed all my breakables for me and moved my entire house to storage. They came back again and delivered to Cape Cod the items that I wanted here and disposed of more “junk.” They treated my belongings with such care. The price was more than reasonable and I can’t help but think what I would have spent if I’d called one of the bigger companies. You need this man.

Every interaction with the staff at Fresh Start has been super positive and accomodating. I had a narrow window of time to complete a local move out of my 1 bedroom apartment to my new place, and they were able to move me 7 days after I requested a quote! Granted, this is partly due to my moving mid-March during their slow season, but still.) They sent a great 3 man crew to help me: Jose, Eli, and Dwayne. They packed, wrapped, and carried my furniture/ belongings with care. They were kind enough to take my patio furniture and 4-5 extra boxes even though I forgot to add those to the inventory list. They work really well as a team, and were pleasant to be around. I got vibes that they're just good, hardworking people. This was the second time I've used Fresh Start (the first time was about 6 years ago for an out of state move). I've used two other moving companies during that time in between for both out of state and local moves. This moving experience with Fresh Start has been by far the most positive I've ever had. I would definitely recommend them for either local or out-of-state moves. Thank you!

These guys were great! The office worked with me through several changes and all communications were professional and prompt. Justin and Kavone arrived on time and were fantastic movers. Polite, prompt, and helpful. I was surprised how quickly they emptied my 2-story apartment - even with both narrow winding staircases, they managed to successfully move out my items without any damage. My items were being moved into a storage unit, and they packed it carefully and quickly. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!
