From the moment I picked up the phone, I knew my service tech Doug was going to be great. He was very friendly on the phone and his outstanding customer service continued when he arrived at the house as well. He was knowledgeable, efficient and polite. It’s not often I write a review, good or bad, but I really feel that Doug earned this one and that he deserves some recognition! I’m not sure how long he’s been with the company, but he was a great hire for sure.
