Colonial Pest totally and completely "quieted" my problem. After 3 sleepless nights, I called Colonial Pest on the recommendation of a friend. They were super friendly from the start, with the person on the phone answering my exhaustive questions and helping me work out an appointment with my tricky schedule. The two people who came out to assess my situation and fix it were so thorough, they found two other home repairs I needed to see to immediately. They took their time, were incredibly informative, and honestly, could have had a two person comedy show on the road. It was clear they had worked together for a while. Beyond being patient and knowledgeable about my immediate situation, they gave me guidance about next steps. Since they left, I have not heard one peep! I called Colonial Pest as I’m having mice issues in my home. I spoke with John at length prior to the visit and he fully explained their process, cost and warranty. Scott and Bryce were the technicians that came to the house. They spent over 2 hours going through the entire interior and exterior of the house, filling holes and setting bait traps. They were knowledgable and very friendly which is so appreciated. They said to wait two weeks to expect results as that is the typical timing and they will come back as many times as necessary within the 6 month warranty to guarantee results. I am confident I chose the right company and crew and would definitely recommend Colonial Pest.

Excellent service so far - contacted to arrange annual service, and the technicians were friendly, and very through.... unearthing issues not previously identified and taking care of those that needed attention. Would highly recommend.
