The two people who came out to assess my situation and fix it were so thorough, they found two other home repairs I needed to see to immediately. I called Colonial Pest as I’m having mice issues in my home. I spoke with John at length prior to the visit and he fully explained their process, cost and warranty. Scott and Bryce were the technicians that came to the house. They spent over 2 hours going through the entire interior and exterior of the house, filling holes and setting bait traps. They were knowledgable and very friendly which is so appreciated. They said to wait two weeks to expect results as that is the typical timing and they will come back as many times as necessary within the 6 month warranty to guarantee results. I am confident I chose the right company and crew and would definitely recommend Colonial Pest.
