I have used Highland EcoPest for bedbug services a couple of times in communities that I manage. We used their bedbug sniffing dog to inspect and followed their recommendations for treatments. They are very professional, communicative, and help make the process go smoothly with homeowners. I have had no follow up complaints about bed bugs since they inspected and treated our buildings. Highland Eco Pest Control was a new vendor for our building where we were dealing with ongoing rodent challenges. Jarrell was the first technician I met. He was so informative and gave sound suggestions on how Highland can help mitigate our issues. We have seen a decrease in activity in areas of concern, this progress is due to the ongoing scheduled service we have in place.
