Orkin responded very quickly to our request for service. The technician, Weylen Vigil, was extremely polite and professional, thoroughly explained his observations and proposed treatments, and answered all of my questions. He also persevered in getting up to our house through snow, ice and mud when other servicepeople/trades were not able to do so. Great experience so far. Thanks.
