Orkin

My wife and I found signs of rodent activity in our kitchen. It was easy to call and schedule an appointment for the following day with a technician. During the visit, the technician (Cruz) did an outstanding job. He quickly located where the rodents had been (under the dishwasher) and how they got in (small hole in the wall). He then remedied the situation to ensure they couldn't get back in. We will continue to monitor in the meantime but it's nice having peace of mind and knowing that when we need help Orkin will always come and deliver exceptional help/service.

Enrique was awesome! He explained exactly what he was there to do and how he was going to achieve that. He set traps and sprayed his Rosemary repellent everywhere. He showed me where the mice were entering and also closed another possible entry way. I am very happy with Orkin and hope they have more technicians like him on the job!

The service tech Eliseo is very knowledgeable and explains everything well. He takes his time and I never feel like he rushes when trying to explain things to me. Really enjoy our talks. Deserves 10 stars!
