All three of the service techs were exceptionally nice and professional. They answered any questions we had and were very knowledgeable. Always on time and always prepared for the service I needed. Customer service was also just as nice and professional and solved any transfers of address I had promptly and got scheduling done quickly.

Our Orkin serviceman is very responsive to all questions. He always advises us of his scheduled service times and is kind with our dogs insuring they do not get out of our yard when he is servicing our home. When the home next door had to be tented due to termite infestation, I was worried for our home. Our Orkin man was over the next day to check our home for termites ! It gave us peace of mind when he gave our home the "all clear of any termite" inspection. Great company, Great service!

Kevin, our tech, has been very accommodating in working to get a handle on insects at our property. He is also helpful in scheduling visits to ensure we’re available and no missed visits occur. The mgr, Jeremy, has assisted in explaining all aspects of the contract/ services provided going forward. I would recommend this company to others.
