Great service that listens to their clients. We didn't want to use any poison, so Scott set traps & showed us where the mice were probably coming in at. We followed his directions, and haven't seen any mice since.

Mike was great! He came right out and snuffed out the yellow jackets trying to make a nest under our patio siding. Highly recommend due to thoroughly reviewing what the situation was, treating it, and recommending measures we will need to take this weekend. Awesome service!

The Rose workers are always considerate, well-mannered, and they are happy to discuss what they will be doing. Plus the management has called to find out whether I am happy with the service.
