Everyone we have dealt with since your restructuring has been very nice and professional. I believe our service is based out of Lansing Michigan. Our technician Lane Merrill is outstanding in every way for us and our homes protection. He has been consistently flexible with our schedules to provide services while were home. He effectively communicates to address any of our concerns or general questions. Terminix is extremely fortunate to have such a talented technician representing your brand!
