Great experience with our flush and fog treatment. Darrin Phillips has been great to work with. Gave us text updates and detailed pictures of work done and explanation of what needs to be done next to get rid of the pests for good. And also followed up with us afterwards to check on progress and effectiveness.

Since we started using Terminix several years ago, we've had zero pest issues. They stay ahead of the pests. Their communication is clear and consistent and I feel informed before the technician arrives and after the service is complete.

Henry was excellent. Very experienced and informative. Happy to have him as our pest guy. Our appt was on a Friday. We actually had an appointment the prior Monday but no one came by or called. We made the Monday appt on a Saturday so maybe that was the problem. We did get an email confirming Monday but no one showed. Anyway Henry was excellent.
