I can’t say enough about this place! I ended up needing some help transitioning to Medpacks and Jennifer made sure that she made it as easy as possible for me. It was during a tough time that I was going through. I was with my previous pharmacy for 8yrs and the transition to Ryan Pharmacy has been so pleasant and easy and comforting. They make me feel like a person and not a number or a paycheck. Everyone is so very kind and ALWAYS ready to answer the thousands of questions I have with no hesitation. On top of it I want to make sure that the drivers get noticed as well! They are all very kind as well and omg my 4 legged baby even gets treats from them you guys are wonderful and I would recommend you to anyone and everyone!

Courteous, helpful, and efficient! Everyone I’ve met has been awesome. The free delivery service is very helpful! Family Pharmacy on Dorr, in particular, is a great new pharmacy that I’m proud to be a customer of.

I love Ryans. The staff is professional, helpful, informative, and accommodating. Their delivery people are wonderful too.

What can I say about Toledo Family Pharmacy....well they are fantastic people who help you every step of the way. They always have the medications you need in stock, and they make sure you get the best price with or without insurance. They also answer any questions you may have with no hesitation. I came to this pharmacy when Rite Aid went under and the transition was smooth and painless. Absolutly awesome people from the pharmacists to the managers to the Owner. I will not go anywhere else! I appreciate all you have done for me and for my father before he passed. He loved you guys all a ton!!! THANK YOU , THANK YOU , THANK YOU. You are all appreciated!

This pharmacy is the BEST!!! The whole pharmacy team is very kind and knowledgeable!! They do a great job keeping me informed about my medications or changes. They offer delivery as well. Highly recommended!!!

Best pharmacy in the town! Best service and the staff are so nice and helpful!! They get the prescriotions ready in few minutes but it is usually ready before you even get there!! Delivery service is great as well (same day delivery if possible)

And even after 5 years of coming here I still feel the same....Wonderful people! And when our family was battling Corona virus, ear infections and bronchitis all at the same time they were so helpful in delivering our prescriptions to our front door!!
