I was approached at the gym by Marcy with a suggestion to try a special massage technique using only her feet. Naturally, I was skeptical that anyone could have enough precision and dexterity with their feet to properly deliver a massage, but I was way off. Marcy is very skilled and in touch with this art, so much that I didn't even know it was her feet for the first couple minutes! She used techniques that were unique, very effective, and likely difficult to recreate with hands. I recommend this type of massage for anyone looking to ease tension and tightness in their muscles and improve daily function - Marcy is the best!
