Hot Room Toledo Yoga is a stimulating 90-minute yoga class consisting of 26 classic Hatha yoga postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. The studio offers a beginner's course designed for new students and those who have a regular yoga practice. No experience is necessary just come and try your best! Hot Room Toledo yoga class is designed to work 100% of the entire body from the inside out! Their series is based on Bishnu Ghosh's teaching, made famous in the West by Bikram Choudhury. The Hot Room provides HR90 and HR60 classes, Yin Yoga, and Inferno Hot Pilates.
