Definitely the best experience I've had with physical therapy. The staff are all very friendly, waits aren't too long, and they're super willing to work with you with what does and doesn't work for you. Everyone even goes out of their way to remember your name and make you feel welcome.

Everyone including the receptionists are friendly and accommodating. My therapy sessions for my knee was never rushed, therapist explain to you what activities are done for you and the purpose.They patiently teach you the exercises. Highly recommended.

Everyone is super nice, from front office e to the staff in the back helping with physical therapy. They are great and care that their patients do the exercise the right way. Excellent service.

This is the best urgent care in the area hands down. Everyone on the staff from the nurses, receptionists, and doctors are professional, welcoming, and know what they are doing. They offer urgent care services, physical therapy, cosmetic services, and a lot more. Great place to go if you need any kind of help. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to the Hess Rehab center for the past six months. The staff there is very accommodating and professional. One of the staff technicians Lorena is very personable and very knowledgeable. She takes time with her patient and makes you feel very comfortable.. if you have any questions, Lorena will make sure that you’ll have an answer by the end of your visit.

Shout out to Lorena! Service is top notch and she takes good care of all the patient's including myself.
