There are no descriptive words to tell U how satisfying visit l had. The Gentleman was/is very knowledgeable and a fine person who knows how to treat a person/customer, the same goes for the Dr. Who graduated the lenses to the new lenses over Direct Vision. Am impressed am going to pass the word....better couldn't Be. Thank's.

Very friendly staff. Very prompt and courteous. Doctor took the toke to explain everything. The place even smelled like a scented candle. Everything was top notch.

As a care provider, I was glad to find a place that was considerate for my client. He too was content with the services their. Very professional place. Highly recommend.

This is the first time coming to VisionWorks and I was very impressed by the doctor. I came in more for medical reasons as my eyes were both red, swollen, dry and itchy. Due to my dry eyes, she prescribed a series of medications and other at home procedures to treat my eyes. Dr. Vu was very informative and thorough with my exam. She explained all my options and was so caring and friendly. She made sure I understood everything before leaving the office. I just may change eye doctors now because of her. Also, the girls at the front desk were very pleasant as well. Thank you!.

First time here (new job, new insurance). Everyone made me feel welcome and more so it felt like I was visiting friends. Friendly and patient employees. (Matter of fact...I was only going in for an exam, no plan to make a purchase lol that's how comfortable the environment felt, I made a purchase lol. ) Very clean and MANY choices.

Very presentable when walking in. Everyone makes eye contact acknowledging our presents. I bought Sun glasses, verity available. My doctor was very positive, I felt comfortable and relaxed. I appreciate her feedback. Thank you!!.

Lovely experience from start to the finish! Dr. Mai and her team are so kind and considerate. And they are very flexible if you need to reschedule a visit or are running a little late to your appointment and give them a phone call. I really also like that the office is calm, clean, and just a really peaceful place of business. I have Lasik, so I just need to do my annual checkups and each time they have always been easy and no-rush at all. The team here is just really interpersonal, down-to-earth, and sweet overall. I have been coming here for three years and it is perfect hands now with Dr. Mai Nguyen! Thank you!.

The staff and doctor are great. I didn’t have an appointment so I was scared it would be a long wait since it was the weekend but they were able to add me to the schedule. The doctor was thorough and friendly, and addressed all my concerns. I was looking for Ray-Bans and it turns out they just got new ones in so it was easy to find a nice pair of glasses. Overall, I had a great experience and the staff were friendly/ knowledgeable. If you’re looking to get new glasses, I would try this place out.

I am a first time contact lens user and had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mai Nguyen! Ariel and Ruben were amazing! I definitely recommend this place, if you are thinking of using contact lenses or glasses! .
