They take very good care of your pets and treat them like their own. Before my dog had passed they got to know her for the time she had left with me. They are a very attentive team of vets and vet techs. They listen to all your concerns and come up with the best solution for your furry loved ones. I have since adopted a cat and he is a very rambunctious cat. But they are very considerate, helpful as well as patient. Even though I myself am a vet tech and they know this they still take the time and explain everything to me. I recently got him neutered and it was an amazing stress free experience. They called to give me updates and they made sure to keep him as comfortable as possible.

It is always a pleasure to visit the hospital with my dogs thanks to the entire team that works there and they treat us with a lot of respect, love and empathy. My pets have been patients for 14 years and I highly recommend this place for its excellent doctors, nurses and all its staff.

HERITAGE ANIMAL HOSPITAL URGENT CARE AND SURGICAL CENTER REVIEWS

The staff has helped Gizmo, Nova, and me beyond words. I came in there terrified and a new fur mom to pets with seizures. I am still very scared, and every frantic call I make, no matter what time it is, your staff is always so friendly and comforting. I could not do this without you! Thank You Kindness and understanding our pets are family.

My puppy was weak, would not eat his food and was not himself. After tests were done on him we found out he had a severe case of Gastroenteritis. He received the care needed to alleviate his pain and discomfort. To the Doctor and staff on 6/28/26: Thank you so much for the help and care you gave my baby boy Miles. He is feeling so much better. Will definitely recommend the hospital to family and friends.

I'm very happy with the way everything was handled. Zoey my cats nurse was very nice and explained things in good detail. My cat is 16 years old and risky to have surgery but everything went smoothly.

My dog had been suffering from skin cancer for a long time and we made the decision to euthanize him. I’m so grateful for Dr. Lee and the entire staff. For making it comfortable and painless. And for giving me time to say goodbye. I know it must be hard on everyone involved and I just want to say thank you to all of you.

Second time I’ve been to Dr. Lee and she is amazing. She was very genuine and kind with my dog Niko and gave me affordable options to treat his issue. I’ve been to other pet clinics and she is the best. The girls up front are also very sweet.

Dr. Lee is a loving veterinarian, highly recommend her. She has been treating my dogs since they were puppies thank you Dr. Lee.
