NATHAN WILLAFORD, DPT,DPT, CMTPT - DIRECT PERFORMANCE PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
Nate and the team at Direct PT helped to successfully complete my third Boston Marathon. I came to them a month before the race with recurring posterior tibial tendinitis. In four sessions that included diagnosis, mobilization, strengthening exercises, and dry needling i was running pain free. The model where the care is provided by the DPT for the entire session really made the difference. Thanks again!!!!
I was having neck and back pain that just wouldn't seem to go away, and my wife suggested I visit Nate at Direct Performance Physical Therapy. I went in for my first session thinking it would just be a consult, but Nate pretty much diagnosed the root cause of my problems (poor posture sitting at work) and started with treatment and exercises to deal with the both the cause of the pain and correct the root problem. Within about 5 sessions I was basically pain free and had a better understanding of how to avoid the issue from reoccurring. I would definitely recommend Nate to anyone in need of some physical therapy.
I had some shoulder pain when lifting weights for months before going to see Nate, he was very thorough in his assessment and found the cause of my pain. He also answered all the questions and concerns i had and explained everything well. After just a couple of weeks of doing the exercises he had for me, i started to feel much better and now a month or so later i can complete full weighted workouts with no pain. It’s a very free feeling and i appreciate Nate endlessly!

ALEX CELENTANO, DPT - BON SECOURS IN MOTION REVIEWS
Competent therapists and assistants, who are also very friendly, engaging, and make your time go quickly. Very clean. Worked with Patricia on my broken wrist and she did wonders. Was also working in the main area with Alex, Curtis, Celia, and assistants who improved my core functioning and hip issues.
I have been here for physical therapy many times, for different issues, over many years. The quality of care is always outstanding! The support staff is also very helpful and a pleasure to work with.
I have utilized these services now for years and I have been greatly impressed with the knowledge and personability of the therapists and the pleasant front desk staff.

KRYSIA WITKOWSKI, MPT - INTEGRATIVE MANUAL THERAPY & WELLNESS REVIEWS
I have been to about 10 different physical therapy clinics in my life and I have NEVER received treatment as effective as I do here. EVERY single therapist who works here is unbelievably knowledgeable and caring. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
I’ve been going to Integrative manual therapy for a few months now and couldn’t be happier with the results. I have EDS and some other chronic illnesses that Krysia has helped me with tremendously, she is truly magic!! I’ve gone to a lot of other physical therapy offices and have never found one that has made such a difference in my healing. They are amazing!!!!
Night and day difference than the typical Navy physical therapy experience. The level of attention and care given here is unmatched. Very confident that I’ll have increased range of motion and minimal to no pain in my shoulder by the time I’m done with treatment.
