"Cane Rosso is an authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza restaurant. Cane Rosso opened in early 2011 in Dallas's Deep Ellum district. Their Neapolitan pizzas are cooked in a 900-degree wood-fired oven from Italy with a slightly charred crust. Cane Rosso also serves pastas, salads, sandwiches, and desserts, all crafted by their Executive Chef, Stan Rodrigues. The restaurant provides private areas for special events and private parties that can accommodate up to 50 seated guests and 80 to 90 standing guests.
2026 Update: They provide an authentic Italian dining experience with the perfect quality ingredients, handmade dough, mozzarella made in-house daily, fresh pasta, and unique takes on both modern and traditional dishes.
