Jerrier provided a wood-burning oven in his Dallas backyard and trained with Master Pizzaiolos at AVPN to perfect Neapolitan-style pizza. Their Neapolitan pizzas are cooked in a 900-degree wood-fired oven from Italy with a slightly charred crust. Cane Rosso also serves pastas, salads, sandwiches, and desserts, all crafted by their Executive Chef Stan Rodrigues. The restaurant provides private areas for special events and private parties that can accommodate up to 50 seated guests and 80 to 90 standing guests.”
