Mellow Mushroom Downtown Denver

They have super interesting pizza flavors! They use a variety of different ingredients to craft a pizza that tastes great and all the flavors go well together for a very balanced plate. We had the Bbq chicken pizza and it was great. It takes a while so plan to wait at least 20 minutes before you are served.

Mushroom soup was very good veggie hoagie could use a special sauce to give it more flavor but was better with avocado! I will return for pizza but my go to comfort would be the mushroom soup with pretzel bites! Pretzel bites were very flavorful.

So glad mellow mushroom has made it to Denver! Our family has always loved this place. Not crowded for lunch at all. Highly recommend.
