Can’t speak about the service enough! Amazing place with amazing staff and atmosphere! Everything was cooked perfectly and service was top notch! Quick tip! If you ask the waitress to hold the Super Bowl trophy, they will let you.

We celebrated our 13th anniversary there and were very pleased with the entire experience. Have to recognize Henry for exceptional service and his friendly outgoing personality as well as his knowledge of wines. He selected 2 excellent dessert wines for us to try and they were awesome. Will definitely be coming back.

The food was cooked to perfection and the service was great! The 16 oz ribeye was sooo good and the lemon shortcake dessert was delicious. My husband and I will be back very soon.

A fantastic steakhouse with a unique atmosphere, resembling a natural history museum. The restaurant features an impressive collection of animal taxidermy, making it worth taking a walk around to explore. The appetizers, Rocky Mountain Oysters and Alligator Tail, were both unique and flavorful. The Bison Prime Rib and Ribeye Steak were cooked perfectly, though their taste wasn’t as standout as the appetizers. Overall, it’s still a great spot to visit when you’re in town, offering both a memorable dining experience and a one-of-a-kind ambiance.

One of my favorite restaurants in Denver. Love the history in this place, and the amazing food. Very rarely can you get some of these types of meat. We tried the Rocky Mountain oysters, had the pepper crusted elk and enjoyed some of the borbimoun cocktails. Our server was extremely friendly and was very attentive to our group. This was not always our experience in other local establishments where the 8 of us got terrible service due to the automatic gratuity. Great service, great good, great history...definitely a place to visit.

Oldest restaurant in Denver for a reason! Diner was unbelievable! The staff absolutely made the night. Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable about the selection of meats and cocktails she was so amazing we loved her! Thank you for an amazing birthday dinner.

Guard and Grace was amazing I dined here with my wife for my birthday on a vacation, was recommended by some locals and it was a great choice. Steven was our server and was very friendly and top notch service. The food was delicious and very filling. Not even bad price wise for a high-end steakhouse. Excited to learn that a location will be coming to Charlotte,NC in 2026 which is where I live. Thanks so much I will recommend this restaurant to any friends or family that plan to visit Denver.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The wine list was well rounded and extensive. Food was delicious, and it is easy to see how this restaurant is on the list of top 50 steak houses in the US.

One of the best restaurants in Denver! The food is incredible. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere. They gave us some complimentary cookies for dessert too Highly recommend.
