TOP 3 ABILENE ZOO REVIEWS
I have my zoo membership and definitely take advantage of it. When my family came to visit, they had a blast. Their favorite attraction was the giraffes This zoo is very clean, and animals look animated and happy. I try to take people as much as I can, especially when it's their first time. KIDS LOVE IT and they decorate very beautifully for the holidays. With my membership, I get half price off any other zoo in the state of 6 its a win-win.
Great Zoo, it will be fun for any ages, with a great price. I went with group of over 50 people and they offer discount for large groups. Very affordable anyway. The options are great, different ecosystems and types of animals. One of my highlights would be the Giraffes. I recommend it.
This zoo is one of my favorites and visit it once a year. My children love coming here! They have a small train that you can ride in with your children, carousel, a gift shop, and food.

TOP 3 FRONTIER TEXAS! REVIEWS
Excellent museum with great informative and interactive exhibits with an introductory video and immersive movie that causes you to feel almost as if you're experiencing the events. I spent a lot of time there and still did not finish viewing all of the rich history that is shared. But I am a history buff. They also have a nice gift shop with a great variety of items and gift options. The museum guides were also very helpful and welcoming as well as supportive in your enjoying your time there.
Can’t say enough good things about Frontier Texas. We celebrated my daughters 3rd birthday by visiting Frontier Texas on Texas Independence Day! The staff was very accommodating and made special arrangements just for us! The exhibits were fantastic and there is a huge area outside for the kids to run and play!
I knew nothing about this place before we visited and it helped me understand the significance of Abilene in the history of Texas. The actors helped make their character's stories more relatable and gave different perspectives on the same events or ways of living.

Here’s The Deal: Paramount Theatre is an arts performing place located in downtown Abilene, Texas, at 352 Cypress Street. H. O. Wooten constructed the Paramount in 1930 adjacent to his Hotel Wooten. The Paramount Theatre was built in a period when movie-going was suggested to be a grand occasion that transported you to another place and time. The Paramount Theatre auditorium was designed to re-create a Spanish/Moorish courtyard at night, with launched clouds passing over a neon-lit night sky with twinkling stars. The theatre was restored in 1987 and renovated to accommodate live theatre, and it is now the home to a myriad of events, including film, ballet, opera, and concerts. The place is considered to be a famous place in the area.

TOP 3 PARAMOUNT THEATRE REVIEWS
Exactly what I always wanted in a theater! Such a beautiful historical theater and events venue. They have great films each year as well as hosting plays, ballets and concerts. This year we went to see White Christmas on the big screen there and it was so much great fun! Families with kids all dressed up and meeting up with friends and extended family for the movie. Tons of seating as it has multiple floors. So there’s floor seats and various balcony sections. They have a concessions in the lowest level and the upper floor of one balcony has a small drink bar at many events. Always very clean and enjoyable venue. Some events are every year and so you may need to purchase tickets ahead and head there extra early to get close parking as well as preferred seating options. We are on the mailing list and we follow them on social media to stay up to date with their upcoming events. Totally worth it and important part of the local history to support!
We enjoy going to the Paramount. It's a beautiful theater. They recently replaced all of the seating downstairs, and the seats are comfortable. Acoustics are great. I've attended movies, plays, church services, and musical productions here. The concession stand is downstairs. There is an accessible restroom on the main floor, and others are located downstairs. The decor is classic, and there are twinkling lights in the ceiling of the theater.
First class place! We saw The Nutcracker performed by the Abilene Ballet Theater, and was extremely impressed. Not only were we impressed by the show, but the Paramount has a vibe that you just don't get in modern buildings. Go. You won't be disappointed.
