ABILENE ZOO REVIEWS
We always have a great time visiting the Abilene Zoo. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would consider this zoo on par with larger zoos due to the affordable cost, the exhibits, and staff interactions. If you look online, you can usually find a coupons for buy one adult, a kid gets in free.
Nice zoo and the animals looks good. The best part of the day was feeding the giraffes. My daughter enjoyed it very much. It is not very big zoo. So you can see all the animals in about two hours.
First time at Abilene zoo and it was great. Pretty small, can make it through the entirety in 2 hours but the grounds and exhibits are nice. Worth the $10 for sure.

FRONTIER TEXAS! REVIEWS
One of our favorite local stops! This place is entertaining for the whole family with history of this area. We love the local wildflowers in the front. Even if you don't want to pay for the museum this visitor center is very informative and friendly.
Wonderful interactive looked into history! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this museum. It was a very educational place to see & loved all the interactive tools for learning. Holographic stories from the people, an 360 theater to watch stories of the wild west. An absolute wonder place to see if you have the time! Very good price, also.
Was a decent experience, just make sure to listen to everyone's monologs! It tells a story of conquestors and indians and you get to see both sides' opinions. You can learn a lot of American history here.

Paramount Theatre is an arts-performing place located in downtown Abilene, Texas, at 352 Cypress Street. The Paramount was built in 1930 by H. O. Wooten, adjacent to his Hotel Wooten. It was built in an era when movie-going was meant to be a grand experience that transported you to another time and place. Paramount Theatre auditorium space was designed to re-create a Spanish / Moorish courtyard at night, complete with projected clouds passing over a neon-lit night sky fitted with twinkling stars. The theatre was restored in 1987 and renovated to accommodate live theatre, and it is now the home to a myriad of events, including film, ballet, opera, and concerts.

PARAMOUNT THEATRE REVIEWS
First class place! We saw The Nutcracker performed by the Abilene Ballet Theater, and was extremely impressed. Not only were we impressed by the show, but the Paramount has a vibe that you just don't get in modern buildings. Go. You won't be disappointed.
Love The Paramount. I have been there several times in the past 2 years. Saw the radio version of A Christmas Carol recently. It was so good. The seating is comfortable. Had popcorn for the first time. Great theater popcorn. The theater has been kept up very well. Thanks for the friendly volunteers. Merry Christmas
Like going back in time with modern amenities. Beautiful restoration and a wide variety of programs from classic movies to modern musicians and more!
