LIVE OAK GOLF CLUB REVIEWS

Played here July 31. Course is in excellent condition. The range is a real pleasure to hit balls. The grass here is plush and green. No need for a tee on par 3’s the ball sits up nicely. Greens are good would be nice if people could fix their ball marks. The carts are in great shape. Couple of the bridges could use replacing. Other than that I would have to say this is in my top 5 public courses in Texas that I have personally played.

Had small group and was treated great. The course is in perfect condition and is just a fun track. The staff was the true gem, very friendly and helpful. I finshed a round and came out to a flat tire, the staff changed and would not take a tip. Our group planed on hitting several courses but once we played Diamondback we stayed and played 3 days twice a day. This course is worth the time.

Well maintained. Large driving range with club cleaners. Greens were in excellent shape and quite fast. Worth the time and money.

ABILENE COUNTRY CLUB REVIEWS

Country clubs tend to be stereotypically posh and uninviting, but Abilene's country club is a consistently great experience. The golf course is beautiful, the swimming facilities ample and welcoming, and the tennis courts are clean and well kept. The food here is also very good, reasonably priced, and served in large quantity. I highly recommend!

Awesome facility! Upstairs banquet room decorated perfectly! Excellent friendly staff! Great Food! Highly recommend! Cooper High School 50+1 Reunion!

very nice course. played the north course today. staff in the pro shop was outstanding! young man name Colton is fantastic!

MAXWELL GOLF COURSE REVIEWS

We were there about a month ago. The staff was great, the course was in very good shape, we had a great time. I left my range finder in the cart when we left & l didn't realize it until 4 days later. I called them & someone had turned it in ( l would like to give a thank you to that honest person ). They put it in the mail & l received it a few days later. We will defiantly be back! Great experience.

Good driving range and practice putting green; we're looking forward to playing the course when weather cools off. Met Stacey in pro shop; she provided us with a golf cart to get out to driving range since only a few folks were out on course due to high temperatures today. Thank you! Also received breakout on the cost to join as a member at Maxwell golf course.

Staff was very friendly! Average prices. I played 18 holes and the speed of play was awesome, took about three hours to play. The course was a little difficult to navigate at times. Greens were perfect! On some hours the fairway was a little rough. Overall great experience and I plan on returning!
