ZOO BOISE REVIEWS
We loved our time at the Boise Zoo! The entry fee is reasonable, but the parking is a little tricky, so you have to be prepared to walk to the zoo from a bit of distance. We loved that they had signs posted to help educate you about the wildlife and the environments they come from. The animals were all fairly active around mid day, and they were a joy to observe. Would happily come back here again!
We thoroughly enjoy our visit to the zoo for our granddaughters 2nd birthday. The giraffe feeding was the icing on the cake! It's a nice small zoo so it felt more intimate and easy to enjoy the animals. Some animals weren't available but there were definitely enough to entertain us, especially the three littles! There were also plenty of things for them to do along the way!
Some of the most friendly and knowledgeable zoo staff anywhere! Wide selection of well cared for animals. All about conservation too!

IDAHO BOTANICAL GARDEN REVIEWS
An easily accessible and well-kept grounds that used to be part of the prison gardens! Great place to see as a new person to the area or visitor. We enjoyed an iced tea from Zero Six Coffee Fix right down the road as we walked around the ever-forking paths of the property!
The Gardens, besides being beautiful, always have such great events. We visited with my 3 year old during The Bug Festival and he had a great fun-filled time.
Love this place! Went to the light display at night. Vendors with food & drink too. Fun times!
