CLARK COUNTY MUSEUM REVIEWS
A MUST visit spot for locals and tourists with a love for history! Affordable activity for families, students, history buffs, and anyone just looking for something new to do! There’s SO much more to see than I thought! The property is huge. I got to go my first time while my best friend was in town. We spent about 2-3 hours exploring, but you could also get it done in a lot less time if you’d like! They give you a great map and tell you the best way to “loop” around the property. The buildings that have been moved here are so cool to see and learn about. I’m obsessed with MCM styles and designs, so some of these houses blew my mind! There’s a story from each part of Clark County’s history, letting you literally see life being built here. We had a place similar to this in IL where I grew up, so it gave us some nostalgia right away. I can’t say enough good things about this museum. I can’t wait to visit again soon!
What a hidden Gem. Easy to find, great price for what is in this museum. Everyone of all ages would love this. They give kids a booklet and a pencil, and they go on a treasure hunt to find all the things in the book. Way to go, my 10-year-old grandson paid attention to everything. Takes about 2 hours to go through the whole thing. I highly recommend this. You go at your own pace.
This is a hidden gem! Lots of buildings and artifacts that tell the history of the area. Very nicely curated and cared for. And admission is very inexpensive!

THE LION HABITAT RANCH REVIEWS
Excellent place to take the kids. I've never experienced in any zoo the sight of lions so close. There's one spot where you can sit down in front of the glass and almost have the lion "take a selfie with you"... They also have a giraffe there and you can feed it yourself. (for an extra little fee, but the kids would love it!) There are some big toucans and talking ones. A few other animal enclosures. The staff was very informative and friendly.
The Lion Habitat Ranch is awesome! It is a very interactive facility that lets you get super close to the animals and watch them interact and be fed. It was fun for the whole family and a great experience to see the beautiful animals. The staff was super friendly and continuously educating the audience about the animals at the ranch. I highly recommend stopping by the ranch for a unique experience!
What a fun little place for the family!! Beautiful animals and kind volunteers. Very interactive, got to see them feed the lions, give them new toys, Ozzie the giraffe painted and my kids got to feed him. We will definitely visit again!

ACACIA DEMONSTRATION GARDENS REVIEWS
This is a favorite spot in the Vegas Valley. It's a large park as it is, with a playground, soccer field, baseball diamond, and dog park. The star of the place is the demonstration gardens. I'm a transplant from Florida and had zero knowledge of desert plants. After about 3 years I found this place. I learned more walking one time through the gardens than the prior 3 years! The gardens are very well maintained (as is the whole area). I highly recommend checking it out. Take a leisurely walk around the park on the paved paths. Learn about local plants and ecosystems. Enjoy a picnic. Spend a few hours enjoying yourself in a quiet, clean, beautiful park.
Acacia is a really nice park we love to have all the cactus garden. There are plenty of sport activities for kids adults and dogs. We love going at sunset it very nice and clean.
A neighborhood gem. Lots of interesting plants and science projects to explore and many benches and such to just enjoy being there.
