He was thorough, answered any questions and listened to what my goals were. At his suggestion I went with Motiva ergonomix (subglander). The healing process went smoothly and there were no surprises thanks to his staff being very clear on exactly what the process would not only look like but also feel like. Breast Implant Removal: Dr. Sattler explained everything very clearly and did an amazing job! He surrounds himself with fantastic staff and the anesthesiologist was amazing - I woke up and felt great. I decided to take them out at 49 years old, had them in for 18 years. I wasn’t having any issues, just didn’t want them anymore. I joined a FB group about explants and when I tried to post my experience they kicked me out of the group. Presumably because I didn’t remove the capsule which they are adamant about. I didn’t need to remove my capsule so I opted to leave in for a little more tissue and quicker healing. I also didn’t need a lift. Now 6 weeks out I’m back to intermediate reformer pilates at about 80% of where I was. Going slowly on things like push ups. I could always reach my hands over my head immediately post operatively, so outside of lifting things and working out and not being able to sleep on my stomach for the first few weeks, it’s been a super easy recovery. I underwent a tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and back lipo. My breasts look so natural and I feel so much better in my body now. Every step of the way I’ve felt safe and comfortable.
