Dr. Frederick is truly a fine psychiatrist. The best I have seen thus far. I saw him for approximately two years. He is knowledgeable, well-trained, direct, and has ample empathy for his patients. Many doctors in the psych field have some sort of control issues or pathological egotism. That is not the case with Dr. Frederick. He treats you as a fellow human being, he is professional, and has a healthy ego. In short, he is a normal person. This is refreshing and appreciated after you’ve seen a dozen doctors over many years. His acumen and experience is strong, and his bedside (couchside) manner is good. I am big on details and tend to interrogate my providers on medications, side effects, etc. Every time I was met with evidence-based answers and thorough reasoning (informed by what appeared to be a top-notch medical education paired with real world experience). He cares about his patients and he’s able to evaluate them holistically; to see things in context in order to do his job effectively. I was going through a very difficult time and he had my back. Great doctors don’t simply treat their patients, they advocate for them. And that’s what I experienced. Nobody’s perfect, but he’s top 5 in town.

I've been seeing Dr. Frederick for about two years now for medication management and have been highly satisfied with our partnership. My favorite part of working with Dr. Frederick is that he makes a strong effort to understand his patients and listens to their needs and concerns. I feel empowered to be a partner in my healthcare journey and know that I can come to Dr. Frederick with questions and ideas about my health and he will be receptive and help me through the process. Recently, my medication has been really tough to track down due to a national shortage and he's been so helpful in helping me figure out alternatives. I am excited to continue my journey with him.

Kind, intelligent, compassionate, intuitive, and very responsive...Basically, he's the polar opposite of most psych professionals in the field. I cannot recommend him enough. Do not hesitate...book the appointment.

I was fortunate to be referred to Dr. Zacharias a little over two years ago. He is one of the rare, highly skilled and accomplished psychiatrists who actually provide therapy. His gift of listening with empathy and calm measured approach helped me work through some difficult issues. My work with him brought me through one of the darkest times of my life to a place where I feel actual peace and hope. Dr. Zacharias has a wealth of knowledge, experience, and kindness that provides excellent support for those seeking help. I highly recommend Dr. Zaharias to anyone looking for therapy.

I have attempted therapy many times in my past. I had just about given up on it when a family friend suggested Dr. Zacharias to me. The moment I began working with him is the moment my life began to improve. My relationships became healthier, I began to trust myself, and I was able to see a fulfilling future ahead of me. I can actually say I feel optimistic now, which would have been impossible just one year ago. I can't thank Dr. Zacharias enough for his compassion and professionalism. He is an incredible Psychiatrist, and I am lucky to have been his patient.

Dr Zacharias is an amazing psychiatrist who had really helped me. He's the only therapist I've ever come to trust. He really helped me deal with the death of my partner and some huge life changes. He's very good with medication and I feel properly balanced again. He is kind and non judgemental, and very knowledgeable about his field, he must read a lot. I am grateful to finally find a psychiatrist I can work with.

I was his patient for about 11 or 12yrs he was by far my favorite Dr/& not just as a psychiatrist but ty the best & my favorite Doctor I've ever had! He is very easy to talk to & is clear when explaining different illnesses & always made sure I understood everything & when trying to find the right prescriptions for me for my depression etc & told me what he thought would work best & always made sure he answered every single question I had before I left his office(or video appts the last year due to covid) he was always very professional. I never felt rushed. I believe he genuinely cares about his patients & wants the best for them. Its been difficult to find someone to replace him. It really sucks when u have a Dr that u really like & have to find a different one. He is a great Doctor, truly
