Dr Breit is amazing! After significant weight loss I was looking to have my excess skin removed. I met with surgeons from the main hospitals and none of them even came close to Dr Breit. They all said it would take 2-3 surgeries and that there was only 1 way. Dr Breit said there were half a dozen option based on my ultimate goal, where my loose skin was, whether I was fine with having scars, and such. He took time to counsel me on what to expect, recovery, limitations etc. After my surgery I had no surprises because him and his PA Alli Serck (the bomb.com) had prepared me so well. The aftercare I received was incomparable! Bonus: it was more affordable than anything the competition offered.

Very nice and efficient office staff and Dr Breit is a calm and informative physician. So far I highly recommend this doctor and his staff!.

Explained everything in detail and I felt safe and cared for. I have a very good feeling about the outcome.

What I appreciated, is honesty and professionalism. He was the first plastic surgeon I've met, who told me true details about the specific kind of surgery, I was looking for, and provided comprehensive information. It doesn't hurt the doctor, but it makes a patient making an informed decision. I like his intelligence and his approach that eliminate causes of potential problems. Also, he is an experienced surgeon. It is funny that some of my friends, who undergone the same surgical procedure were not informed about the important details, he informed me. I asked them if it is possible that they have this and that, despite the fact they were not told about it. Answers were funny: "probably, because I can feel this here and that there". So I am happy about my experience with Dr. Fowler.

Dr Fowler was great to work with. He thoroughly explained my options and deeply explained my medical situation using diagrams and I really felt like he took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my decision on my procedure. He went above and beyond to consult my other caregivers and in the end, I was extremely happy with the overall game plan. The surgery went smoothly and I felt so good the next day that I felt guilty staying home from work. Thanks for a great experience Dr. Fowler.

I highly recommend Dr Fowler! He is a skilled plastic surgeon who helped me with my breast reconstruction after my cancer diagnosis. It was a highly stressful time for me He had all the time in the world to listen to me and answer my questions. He even called me to clarify my wishes before surgery. I am so pleased with the outcome of my surgery!.

Dr. Karu performed reconstructive surgery at the time of my NSM for breast cancer using a newer technique that was not being done locally. I sought her out based on her experience with direct-to-implant reconstruction and could not be more pleased with the entire experience. She was kind, listened attentively, provided educated options and exceptional support. I felt very well cared for and have and will continue to recommend her to others. It was well worth the travel, distance and time.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer & Dr. Karu did the reconstruction. She is so caring & explains everything so well & has an excellent staff. She & her staff have gone over & above helping us before & after my surgery. I live a long distance from Sioux Falls but they always kept in touch & made time for me & also for my husband.

Dr Karu is a wonderful doctor who really cares for you as a person. The reconstruction she has done for me was so amazing - she is a great surgeon!! I would recommend her to everyone I know!!.
