Dr Kemp is so pleasant to talk to. She’s passionate & knowledgeable. The clinic is very cozy. Helped me to relax & less nervous. I highly recommend. I will go back for follow up appointment.

Dr. Kemp has saved my toenails from getting worse. She is kind, friendly, and takes Covid seriously with the air filter and open windows for ventilation. Bring a jacket if it is a cold day.

Dr. Kemp has an excellent bedside manner. She is knowledgeable and compassionate.

Our son received a surgery from Dr. Neagu to remove a benign tumor on his toe when he was 4 months old. It was stressful to us esp. as 1st-time parents. Dr. Neagu has been doing an awesome job before, during and after the surgery. He has all the empathy for us; he’s been super patient with our questions; on top of that, he’s been proactively communicating with us on all the details. The entire experience is way beyond our expectation. It’s my best experience so far with doctors in Kaiser.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the treatment I received from Dr. Neagu, for the repair of a broken ankle. His surgical skill is tremendous, three months after surgery--when I wondered if I'd every be "back" again--I already feel almost 100%. I also appreciate his communication skills, I was at ease the entire time, Dr. Neagu never had a doubt and assured me from the start that I'd be fine. It's obvious that he enjoys his job and he's exceptionally talented at what he does. I am lucky to have been under his care.

Very reassuring. he performed ankle fusion on my right ankle and was absolutely fantastic!!!! I am pain-free and haven't had a single inch of pain since my surgery or during my surgery Fantastic podiatrist. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Ryan explained the problem well without hiding it. So, his work was in a kind manner and approached to the patients. My foot was in bad condition, and he consulted me form start to the end of the procedures.
