My daughters were her patients for 5 years and we were always amazed with kindness and attentiveness of Dr Korthamar. We were never rushed. Since then, we moved and I’m still struggling to find a good pediatrician for my kids. With big offices and large medical groups, doctors see you as numbers. Doctors change offices and the staff keeps grudge so it becomes extremely unpleasant to visit them. Santa Clara folks are so lucky to have a small office with such an experienced doctor that has been there for many many years and hopefully will continue to be.

We love our doctor and this doctors office! They spend a lot of time with you, and talk with you about each of your concerns. They are attentive. They do not rush you. They're helpful if you have questions. They care about your Child. We love this office! It is like my old fashioned doctors office in that you are not a number or rushed out of the office. The doctor is very through and has a good manner.

My grown daughter (with her own daughter now) started going to Dr. Korthamar when she was an infant. We always trusted her diagnosis and thoroughness! Her recommendations to other doctors, when necessary, always matched her high standards and ethics.

Dr Panchal is my 5th pediatrician in the area. Before I found her, I was in lost. My son has a very rare genetic condition, when he was diagnosed there were only a few people in the world has it, now it is 36 kids. I knew there was something not right with my son, but I couldn’t convince his previous pediatricians. They thought that I am one of these crazy parents overly worried. They acted in that way too. Everything changed when I found dr Panchal. She carefully listened all my concerns and referred right people. My son’s condition required him to see neurologist, neorosurgean, gastrointestinal, ENT, cardiologist etc.... and she patiently tried to find the best. She is an amazing dr. It is easy to be a pediatrician if the kid develops normally, the real good ones shines when there is a problem. Dr Panchal is one of the best ones.

Our family loves Dr.Panchal. She is my son's pediatrician since he turned 1. We did not even change our insurance so as to not to go different pediatrician. She only prescribes medicines if needed.

Dr.Panchal has a special way of connecting with her patients and families. Highly recommend her!.

We are lucky to find Dr Seffens. My newborn had severe eczema mixed with other skin issues. We visited one of the other pediatricians in the same group but that doctor couldn't locate the root cause effectively. So we tried again with Dr Seffens. She is very professional and caring. She did a through examination, gave professional diagnosis, took detailed clinical notes and followed up with us to check if everything went well. I have worked with many pediatricians and I can tell that Dr Seffens truly takes this job to the next level.

Took my son for his checkup and Dr. Seffens was wonderful. She was so thorough and patient — never felt like she was rushing us out the door. I had a bunch of questions and she took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. She's the kind of doctor who makes you feel like your concerns actually matter, which means a lot when it's your kid. My son was totally calm with her the whole visit which honestly surprised me lol. She has a really gentle way with little ones. We're new to Sutter and finding a pediatrician you actually trust is a big deal — really glad we found Dr. Seffens. Highly recommend her to any parent out there.
