I had an appointment on Dr. Gerstle's last day of work with Baystate Family Medicine. She will be so missed as I felt she was a doctor who listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had. She was very compassionate and caring. I was very fortunate to have her as my PCP.
Should anyone have excellent care like I received there would be no more nursing homes and no more funeral homes. I very highly recommend Baystate Health Care.
I followed Dr. Gerstle from the Greenfield office to her Springfield office because she is that good of a Doctor.
