I had an appointment on Dr. Gerstle's last day of work with Baystate Family Medicine. She will be so missed as I felt she was a doctor who listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had. She was very compassionate and caring. I was very fortunate to have her as my PCP.

The doctor I don't know very well, but she seems like a KIND person. I like that if they give me an appointment for such time, that they are punctual & NOT leave one waiting.

I followed Dr. Gerstle from the Greenfield office to her Springfield office because she is that good of a Doctor.

My first visit with Dr. Pai was great. I was nervous seeing a new doctor for the first time in a while but she was very friendly which helped me feel more relaxed. I felt like she listened to my concerns and provided solutions for me. I’m very happy to have her as my new primary.

She took the time to introduce herself and shook my hand. She made me feel extremely comfortable talking to her and she took the time to get to know me. Not many doctor's do that anymore. I'm very impressed.

I hear amazing health care service from Dr Sanjana Pai, my mother loved her and I’m ready to move over. I hear she really dedicates the care and time to her patients for the best of their health.
