I have gone to Dr. Jacobs for several years. She has great patient interaction - listens & connects in discussing issues & is proactive with anything that needs followup. If a referral to a specialist is needed, she has them call you. Results from lab work can be accessed thru patient portal as soon as posted. Her assistant will usually call with any lab results that need attention. Her staff is very nice to deal with as well.
Dr.Tracy Jacobs is one of a kind doctor. I will recommend her highly as your primary doctor. She not only cares for well-being in general but also on a very personal level. She will make your visit worthwhile and her staff is very cordial as well.
Dr Jacobs is a great doctor with a fantastic practice. I would literally trust my life with them and her.
