Very dedicated to customer satisfaction. Recently, I took them a copy of an old, hand-drawn map for duplication. Having already taken it to two other places without satisfactory results, I made my specifications known and was assured it was feasible. After working with it for some time, it was determined that duplicating the map was not as simple as copy/scan, but required adjusting the printer settings and doing some touch-up work in photoshop. Because the owner had quoted me a price and I had paid up front, he generously abstained from charging me additional fees to produce the desired product. Alphagraphics will do a top-notch job or tell you up front if the job is outside their scope - great company to do business with!

I have used Orbit Press twice for personal projects, and both times, the experience has been phenomenal. The first time, I had a digital sewing pattern printed on large-format paper. The result was excellent, I still have the pattern, and the price was incredibly reasonable. More recently, Misty helped me print a creative project for my engagement photos/elopement announcement. Misty was helpful in her paper and printing knowledge, returned a quote to me quickly, and even made my tight deadline! I am so appreciative of her customer service and high-quality products. We will be saving our faux newspaper announcements as keepsakes and gifting the extras to our in-laws.
