Bringing my daughter in to Sylvan in Denton was a major game changer. Her teachers are amazed at the improvement in her grades as well as the improvement in her confidence & behavior. The impact from the help that we have gotten from Sylvan is much bigger than any report card could measure. Not only are my daughters grades higher now, but she is much more relaxed & happy, she has better friendships and gets along better with the family. I heard for years that Sylvan was effective but expensive, but what you get for the money is amazing, I'd do it all over again a year or two sooner if I could.

I cannot say enough positive things about Sylvan. Unlike school, they are able to provide the individual teaching our son needs. That one-on-one time is making a tremendous difference in not only his skills but also his self confidence. When our son first started Sylvan, reading for fun was not something he would ever consider. Sylvan has helped change his attitude towards reading and learning in general. Wish we would have started going to Sylvan earlier.

We brought are son to Sylvan learning center for reading and spelling. They have helped our son achieve a lot an short time that he has been there. Really greatfull for all of the teachers. They go out of there way to make sure he is ready for anything.

A few years ago, Sam began tutoring me in my first accounting class. He taught me how to succeed in all of my classes, from taking useful notes to preparing for a test. Sam always finds time to fit me into his schedule and never rushes our sessions. His help has completely turned my grades around. Sam's insight really helps me stay on top of my course work. He clearly knows a lot about what he is doing, and works to prepare his students in any business situation. Our whole family has gone to Sam over the years. I will definitely continue to work with him for the rest of my college career.I would recommend him to everyone!

All 3 of my children got behind in school because of covid and the school going to all virtual when it first started. They weren't where they needed to be going into 1st and 4th grade last school year. They only came to tutoring for 6 weeks but in that time they were able to get back where they should and beyond. Everything is super organized and runs smoothly. The details they provide with the diagnostic testing is amazing. My son came back this Summer because of low STAAR test results and is making great progress. I am so glad we found this place!

I can’t say enough about this place! We took our son in for the complementary assessment (bonus points right there) and found it to be spot on with what we and his teachers were seeing as his challenges. My son was very discouraged at first and not excited to be going, but came out of his first session with a big grin and a “That was kind of fun”. They keep the kids engaged and active by having them switch stations, which is especially great for kids that can’t sit still. And they do a great job with keeping parents informed. Definitely a 5-star operation!!!

Our 5th grade son has recently started his tutoring at The Tutoring Center in Bartonville, TX. The staff is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. We were extremely impressed with each stage of the enrollment process. The Diagnostic Assessment appears to be very accurate of our son's academic strengths and weaknesses. We look forward to the One-to-One Instruction and the academic progress our son will make with the help of the staff at The Tutoring Center!
