Had issues with the ignition/key. It does not always start but would power up electronics. Took it in for a diagnostic & found it was the ignition cylinder. Parts were ordered immediately and repairs were completed the same day. All updates were received via text. Great service, thoroughness, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic group of people. I'm a first time customer and I was really impressed with the front desk. They treated me like family right away. Once the technician looked at my car they were able to tell me about some problems that I didn't know about. I talked with the tech and the service writer about what they had found. I was relieved to know what my car needs. They told me about what needed to be done soon and things I could put off for a bit. I will definitely be back.

From the first greeting to the final delivery, everything went smoothly and precisely as promised; no surprises, no last minute add-on fees, and no need to return for follow up work. I trust Tommy's and you can too.

Troubleshot an intermittent issue and didn't charge me a penny when the issue couldn't be reproduced. Also provided a free shuttle service. Best experience ???? could have asked for.
