PIONEER AUTOMOTIVE REVIEWS

In my experience with Pioneer Automotive they were exceptional when handling my Audi A5! They knew my needs and expectations and surpassed that. By educating me on my options and, suggested requirements specific to my vehicle to ensure I got the most out of my visit. Their customer service skills are on point and are to be an example set forth in the industry. I intend on returning and making suggestions to family and friends to use them as well. Thanks Nathan, you have an outstanding team.

Everyone that works here is very nice! They explain everything that may need repairing very well and will even take you out to show you what needs repairing. They saved us a lot of headaches with a used vehicle we purchased. We were able to go back to the dealership and get the vehicle replaced with a different one. A shout out to Kristen and the mechanic who helped us.

The service advisor Steven was amazing. He made sure that I was getting the best Pioneer Automotive had to offer. He was really nice and made my experience stress free! I will definitely be coming back.

ADVANCED AUTO REPAIR REVIEWS

I received a large flier in the mail with a coupon for this location. After checking out their Google reviews, I booked an appointment. Once I arrived I realized I forgot to bring my coupon but the gentlemen at the front desk still honored the discount when I told him that. The oil change was FAST. From checking in to driving my car out of the parking lot, it took less than an hour. Thank you for great customer service.

Everyone here has always been very nice, honest, and polite. I've been having money troubles so I've had to go a couple times just to see what was wrong with my car. They tell me every single thing and I never feel pressured to proceed with something I can't afford. When I do need something done it's not outrageously expensive like other places are. Highly recommend.

Great service and staff! Recommend to anyone based on my experience. Used a new customer coupon for oil change and they rotated tires for free. Will be keeping them in my book for future work! This is a "working" shop and they stay busy so be sure to arrange your appt online - I was done in an hour! Thanks.

TOMMY'S HI TECH AUTO REVIEWS

I recently scheduled an appointment with Tommy’s HT,& they were very accommodating. It was on short notice,& I needed an urgent oil change due to the oil light flickering on and off. The staff is super friendly and efficient. I have been going there for service for years, but my current vehicle was on its’ first appointment with them. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Tommy’s. You’ll be well cared for,& they have shuttle service, or a nice break room with snacks/sodas, if you’re waiting on the work to be done.

Tommy’s is amazing! I needed help with a wheel alignment and no where else was able to help me within a reasonable timeframe. Tommy’s had it done within 2 hours and took the extra care to educate me on my vehicle and what to watch out for. Very pleased and will definitely continue to use them for future services.

Tommy’s Hi Tech Auto in Denton,Texas is an excellent auto company. They helped me get my vehicle to their business and then brought my vehicle back to me. The work was done at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends.
